Preparation: Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to eliminate any moisture. Allow the garment to cool before proceeding.
Placement: Position the transfer with the white side facing down and the image up.
Heat Press: Apply the transfer at 290-330°F for 7-10 seconds under firm pressure.
Peeling: Peel the transfer hot or cold (Hot Recommended)
Final Press: Place parchment paper over the design and press again for 3-5 seconds. Alternatives like Teflon sheets or butcher paper are also suitable.
Care Instructions:
Ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your printed garment by turning it inside out before machine washing in cold water.
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Do not iron or dry clean.
Tumble dry on low.
Direct ironing on the design is not recommended.
Important Note: If the image does not fully transfer, repress with the parchment paper in place, let it cool, and then try peeling again. This process requires a heat press capable of delivering 60PSI of pressure.
Remember, the success of a DTF transfer can depend on the specific equipment and materials used. Follow these guidelines to achieve the best results and make your designs stand out.
